Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Glob, a short-form video platform operated by Glob Inc. (“Glob,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Glob. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. You may not use Glob if you are barred from receiving services under applicable law.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep your profile up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to: post illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; impersonate others; spam or manipulate engagement; scrape or reverse-engineer the service; interfere with security or availability; or use Glob for unauthorized commercial solicitation. We will remove content and terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
4. Objectionable Content & Community Safety
Glob has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users may report objectionable content by tapping the ⋯ menu on any video and selecting 'Report'. Users may block abusive users by tapping the ⋯ menu on any video or visiting a user's profile and selecting 'Block'. Glob will review all reports and remove objectionable content and/or eject offending users within 24 hours. Violations of these standards will result in immediate content removal and account termination.
5. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload. By posting on Glob, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote your content in connection with operating and marketing the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Creator Program & Glob Points
Creators may earn Glob Points based on engagement as described in the app. Points have no cash value until converted through eligible cash-out programs. We may modify point formulas, tiers, or payout thresholds with reasonable notice. Fraudulent engagement or artificial inflation of metrics may result in forfeiture of points and account termination.
7. Payments & Payouts
When cash-out is available, payouts are subject to minimum balances, identity verification, tax reporting, and payment processor requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. You are responsible for any taxes owed on amounts you receive.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using Glob, you consent to those practices.
9. Intellectual Property
Glob's name, logo, software, and design elements are owned by Glob or its licensors. Except for the limited license to use the app, no rights are granted to you. Report copyright concerns through in-app reporting or legal@glob.app.
10. Disclaimers
Glob is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or specific engagement or earnings outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glob and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using Glob at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, legal requirements, or business reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination (licenses granted to us for already-distributed content, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
